Yarn Police
Is it a good omen when you see three mounted police officers right outside the yarn store? Does that mean they will watch how much I purchase? They stopped at the red light, then I snuck unseen into the store and when I was nicely lost amongst all the skeins, they rode on. Phew…. what luck… well, I did spend way more than I intended, but all for a good reason.
I have been meaning to knit a simple rib west for Huxley and when I saw a certain beautiful colour and yarn, I could not resist. Then of course, I had to get enough to make one for myself as well. In "matching" colours. I will attempt to photograph them today, so that I can actually show you what I got away with.
